Aloha, may I please have more information? What types of works are being submitted? Mahalo, J. Kai Strom

Can it be portraiture as well? Does it just have to be about the gardens?

    • Is it a portrait of someone in the gardens? Someone related to creation of the gardens? Some historic figure who planted a tree, designed an improvement, etc.?
This is an event related to Lili`uokalani Gardens, which include Rakuen, Isles, Mokuola, and the large tropical Japanese garden some old timers still call Nihon Koen, so the art should relate in some way to this area, the “crown jewel at the entry to the Crescent City.”
